Cancellation & Refund Policy
Rescheduling. Free reschedule with 24-hour notice (subject to availability).
Late Cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may incur a [$50] late-cancellation fee.
Lock-Out/No Access. If we arrive and cannot access the property or the job is not ready to perform, a trip fee of [$75] may apply.
Satisfaction. For completed services we don’t offer cash refunds; instead we provide a 72-hour re-clean of the affected area(s) if the result is not satisfactory.
Deposits. If a booking deposit is taken, it is applied to the final invoice and is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment.
