Scope. Professional cleaning of carpets, rugs, upholstery, and mattresses. Some stains/odors and wear (e.g., traffic lanes, dye loss, wicking) may be permanent; results vary by fiber and condition.
Quotes & Pricing. Estimates are based on photos/description and confirmed on site before work starts. A minimum service charge of [$] applies. Areas beyond normal soil, specialty spotting, or odor treatments may be additional with your approval.
Preparation. Please clear small items, provide access to electricity and water, and secure pets/kids from the work area. We move light furniture when safe; we do not move pianos, large sectionals, electronics, or fragile items.
Safety & Limitations. We may decline work if we find mold, bed bugs, biohazards, extreme clutter, or unsafe conditions. Natural fibers (wool, cotton, viscose, silk) and unstable dyes require special care and are cleaned only with your informed consent.
Dry Times. Typical carpet 4–6 hours (upholstery 2–4), depending on ventilation and humidity. Use caution—damp floors may be slippery.
Payment. Payment is due upon completion. Accepted methods: [Cash, Zelle].
Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 72 hours; we’ll return for a reasonable re-clean of the concerned area(s). Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
