Two 150 sq ft rooms total $138. A 350 + 150 sq ft pair totals $188; a 500 + 150 sq ft pair totals $257. A single $69 room is a $130 visit. Hallway: up to 100 sq ft $49; over 100–200 $69; over 200–400 $119, then +$69 per started 200 sq ft. Stairs: $6 per step. Landing: $15 up to 25 sq ft; larger landings use hallway rates. Each physical area is charged once.

What are the pet hair and odor add-ons?
Optional hair grooming is +$35 per selected room. Pet enzyme treatment is +$25 for 1–2 local spots in one room; larger or deeper contamination is quoted first. Each treatment scope is charged once. Complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.

How long does carpet take to dry?
We use professional drying equipment during your visit at no extra charge. Carpet may still be damp when we leave; drying time depends on airflow, humidity and carpet thickness.

Do you move furniture?
Light furniture may be moved when possible. Heavy furniture, beds, electronics, fragile items, and overloaded rooms may require extra preparation or may not be moved.
