Area rugs collect everything: dirt from shoes, dust, pet hair, food crumbs, spills, odors and daily traffic marks. Even a clean room can feel dirty when the rug looks worn, smells stale or feels rough under your feet. If your rug is in the living room, bedroom, hallway, entry area or pet zone, it is probably holding more dirt than you can see. We clean area rugs, small rugs and entry rugs to help remove trapped dirt, pet hair, spots, odors and everyday buildup. Final price depends on rug size, material, condition and extra treatments needed. Pickup and return may be available as a separate service. Professional drying equipment is used during the ordinary cleaning visit at no extra charge. Surfaces may still be damp when we leave; drying time varies with material, airflow and humidity. Minimum $130 per visit across all combined services. We add separately priced rooms, items and selected extras, then apply the $130 minimum once. This is not an extra fee or a separate minimum for each service. Request a time; your booking, route and final total are confirmed personally. No online payment is required. UNIT RATE CATALOG: Up to 3' × 5': $35; Up to 4' × 6': $45; Up to 5' × 8': $59; Up to 6' × 9': $69; Up to 8' × 10': $79; Up to 9' × 12': $99; Up to 10' × 14': $129; Larger than 10' × 14': $139. In your request notes, list the items or areas, quantities and any other services you need. These are unit rates, not separate visit totals. We calculate your combined visit total and apply the $130 minimum once, then confirm the final price and appointment personally before work. No online payment is required.
