If you walk into the room and smell the problem before you see it, regular cleaning may not be enough. Ozone odor treatment is designed for strong, stubborn odors that need an advanced odor-control step after deep cleaning. This service works best when the source of contamination has already been cleaned as much as possible. The treated area must be empty of people, pets and plants during the ozone process. Final results depend on the odor source, severity and how long the odor has been present. Minimum $130 per visit across all combined services. We add separately priced rooms, items and selected extras, then apply the $130 minimum once. This is not an extra fee or a separate minimum for each service.
